Please note!

If CreekSide Co-op were to fail, whatever funds remain after paying off debts & loans will be distributed back to the members based upon the equity put into CreekSide Co-op (on a % basis).  While we do not anticipate this happening, it is a risk that you need to know.  It is also important to know that as members, the MOST you can be at risk is your membership equity contributions and no more.  Please invest what you feel comfortable risking from your own family budget.

Once CreekSide Co-op is a thriving, profitable venture, your membership equity payments are refundable if you choose to leave the Co-op (for example, if you relocate out of the area). Return of equity is subject to the availabilty of funds, and the board has not yet determined that funds are available for return of member equity.
