In order to apply for USDA funding we were required to provide a wide variety of inspection reports on the building.  We could not have applied without them.  At the time that we originally applied, we were under contract to buy the building, but we had to let that contract expire when we were deemed ineligible in September 2010.  We have since had our eligibility reinstated and we are in new negotiations to purchase the building.
